Mission Statement:
Our mission is to provide athletes of all abilities with effective training programs designed to meet individual needs and goals, based on a period based plan. We believe in a “P” principle: patience, periodization, and perseverance. Our knowledge of multi-sport training and racing, USA Triathlon, and the “ins and outs of what to do on race day” allow us to bring you a balanced program. We have a passion for enthusiastic people who are inspired by our sport. Whether you are a beginner, novice, or veteran of sprint, Olympic or Ironman distance, we will look forward to working with you. We hold your safety as a priority, and want to be an effective partner in your athletic endeavors.
