photoElite Endeavors, an event management company based in Sylvania, Ohio, is owned by the husband and wife combo of Jim and Joyce Donaldson. For the past three decades, Jim and Joyce have been designing and producing high-quality special events. Currently, their stable includes eleven multisport races, but they also do running races, training clinics, and award dinners. Though most Elite Endeavor events are located in the southern Michigan and northwest Ohio, the principals are willing to extend that range.
